POSITION INFO:

Our client is seeking an experienced Video Services Manager to join our client's team. The Video Services Manager will lead our client's operations across video platforms, and ensure the proper distribution and promotion of music videos and audio-visual products from our roster of distributed clients.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee management of our client's YouTube Multi Channel Network.

• Ensure proper and accurate registration and monetisation of all audio and visual assets on YouTube channels within the network.

• Provide high level support for Video Services clients & internally (client managers, etc.) to ensure that video content related issues get resolved immediately.

• Create audio-visual products as necessary, for instance “packshots” for all new audio releases and long-form video content.

• Where necessary, provide assistance to clients with YouTube ads.

• Provide customer service and support for distributed clients with regards to music videos and audio-visual products.

• Perform channel & video audits for key clients - advising & executing on key takeaways.

• Monitoring and analysing client performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities, and making recommendations to clients to improve their results.

• Collaborating with internal teams to deliver on client objectives and resolve any issues.

• Staying up to date with industry trends and developments.

• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and delivering excellent customer service.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced and dynamic team.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years working within a label, artist management or distribution system.

• 2+ years experience in YouTube content rights management and monetization.

• Excellent familiarity with YouTube & Content ID system, copyright policies, and best practices for rights management.

• In possession of a “YouTube Certified” certificate.

• Excellent understanding of YouTube’s advertising services.

• High level of knowledge of digital retail outlets, release timelines, and marketing opportunities.

• High level of awareness and passion for independent labels and artists.
