SUMMARY:
We are seeking a professional and experienced Villa Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a luxury villa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

• Manage all villa operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise and lead villa staff, including housekeepers, chefs, and other team members.
• Oversee reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and handle guest inquiries or complaints efficiently.
• Ensure timely maintenance and repairs to keep the property in pristine condition.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and supply orders for the villa.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
• Maintain excellent communication with guests to anticipate and meet their needs.
• Implement and uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards.

• Proven experience as a Villa Manager, Hospitality Manager, or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
