Village Manager

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Witpoortjie (Gauteng) area, requires the services of a Village Manager. Candidates will get preference that have previous working experience within a retirement village.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications and requirements:
* Valid grade 12 certificate
* 5 - 10 years general management experience
* 5 - 10 years' experience in a similar environment will be advantageous
* Must be medically fit
* MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LISENCE AND OWN TRANSPORT - (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

Skills and Attributes:
* Strong communication, leadership and management abilities
* Exceptional interpersonal skills for building effective relationships
* Keen attention to detail
* Proficient in problem solving and decision making
* Strong admin skills with above average computer literacy - MS Office
* Ability to handle the physical demands of walking throughout the unit or village
* High emotional intelligence
