POSITION INFO:

Vinyl Application & Installation Specialist

Permanent Position

A Vinyl Application & Installation Specialist is currently sought after by a well-established retail marketing company, located in Laser Park, Johannesburg.

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working individual with integrity to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Wallpaper or Vinyl Application: Apply wallpaper or vinyl onto various surfaces such as windows, plinths, tabletops, etc.
Installation: Install product launch windows, in-store elements, fixtures, and fittings.
Planning & Prepping: Study visual guides and thoroughly plan ahead of installations.
Adherence to Processes: Follow approved application processes consistently.
Quality Control: Take personal responsibility for your work and conduct QC checks throughout the application process.
Learning & Development: Learn to operate new equipment and techniques as required.
Personal Standards: Maintain a high standard of work at all times.
Driving Policy: Adhere to the company’s driving policy when operating a company vehicle.

Communication: Excellent bilingual written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and follow-through.
Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-Solving: Solutions-oriented, with a can-do attitude and high energy.
Organization: Highly organized, efficient, and able to meet tight deadlines.
Flexibility: Willingness to work after hours when required.
Work Ethic & Leadership: Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and leadership qualities with the ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities.
Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using WhatsApp and apps for communication and schedule management.
Transport: Valid driver’s license and own transport.
Non-Smoker: Must be a non-smoker.

Qualifications & Experience:

Matric (Grade 12) is required.
Proven track record of success in previous roles.
Wallpaper, Vinyl Application, or Shopfitting experience is advantageous

Remuneration: Market related depending on the candidate’s skills, experience, current salary. qualification etc
