Our client, a leader in the agricultural sector and based in in Prince Alfred’s Hamlet near Ceres, has a vacancy for a Wages Clerk.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
WAGES

• Weekly wages processing on Crest Payroll
• Ensure all wage information is correct, signed off, processed and filed
• Deductions and savings
• Bank transfers
• Payroll system management and updates
• Monthly reports
• Reconciliation of balances
• Management of payroll process controls and equipment
• Handling payroll inquiries

• Office administration
• WCA & UIF Administration
• EMP201 Submission and returns
• Coordination of training and transportation
• Petty Cash
• Stationery & Office Supplies
• Staff Records management
