Required
• Tertiary qualification, i.e. B Com (majors in Financial Management or Financial Planning or Investments)
• Regulatory Examination 5 (Representative)
• CFP accredited
• Fit and Proper as per FAIS
• 5+ years’ experience in a financial advisory role

What you will do
• Servicing of existing clients with single and multiple investments
• Face-to-face meetings, annual or bi-annual reviews with clients
• Identify a client’s investment needs, risk tolerance and profile, other
investments (and other assets), personal circumstances, income
requirements
• Make recommendations based on the risk questionnaire and subsequent discussions
• Provide the client with information on the performance of the various investment portfolios available
• Educate the clients with regards to basic investment principles, i.e. risk versus reward, market sentiment, trends, performance (offshore and local), benchmarks etc.
