WORKSHOP COORDINATOR - PUMPS (CITY DEEP, JOHANNESBURG)

SUMMARY:
The Workshop coordinator plays a key role in supporting the functionality and operation of the Service Centre by providing administrative, sales, and technical support related to services and workshop repairs. The role also involves supporting field service operations and service technicians, as well as fostering strong customer relationships.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Educational Qualifications:
- B Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience in a service and operational environment.
 
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within an engineering or technical workshop environment.
- Experience in service centre planning and management.
- Proficient in advanced Excel.
- Experience with SAGE X3.
