SUMMARY:
The Workshop Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the automotive workshop, ensuring high-quality service delivery and efficient workflow. This role involves managing staff, coordinating repair schedules, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in automotive engineering, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in workshop management or a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes.
- Proficient in workshop management software and Microsoft Office applications.
