SUMMARY:
Umbilo, Durban. Well-established Logistics concern seeks hardworking, meticulous Warehouse Administration Controller with relevant imports and exports experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:
  • Accurately oversee management of stock and administration in the warehouse 
  • Handling administrative duties in warehouse such as organize inbound and outbound tally sheet
  • Prepare and print delivery notes
  • Ensure that all inventory processes are completed timeously and accurately
  • Ensure goods are received and delivered on time
  • Perform stock check on weekly basis and report to Commercial Freight General Manager
  • Update and manage the stock in the computerised system and control the physical inventory of the warehouse whenever needed
  • Coordinate with Warehouse Operation team for shipment and required documentation
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Communicate with internal and external customers
  • Investigate and resolve documentation disputes
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints
  • Perform general administration to ensure smooth business operations
  • Develop and maintain a secure filing system
Requirements:
  • Warehouse Bond Store experience is an advantage but not essential
  • At least 4-10 years relevant experience
