Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and documents.
Oversee office operations, ensuring efficient workflow and coordination.
Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing communications.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Assist in streamlining office procedures and processes to enhance efficiency.
Liaise with external vendors and service providers when necessary.
Perform general office duties, including answering phones, managing emails, and ordering supplies.
Knowledge of KPIs and Sops

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
