SUMMARY:
To manage and maintain all warehouse administration effectively and efficiently and assist the warehouse operations team.

POSITION INFO:

Operations / Administrative

Responsible for delivering an excellent warehouse service to external / internal clients by adhering to Company policies and procedures as well as client SOP’s
Ensure that all statutory requirements are met in accordance with Company processes and procedures
Assist and resolve all external / internal client queries
Responsible for all administrative duties and document control in the warehouse

Financial Management / Invoicing / Reporting
Manage Customer Relationships (External / Internal)
Quality and Risk Management
General / Other

Due to the nature of the business, from time to time you will be required to perform duties that do not fall within your ordinary responsibilities, and you agree to do so when requested
During your employment you will be expected to comply with all reasonable instruction given to you and with all rules and regulations laid down by the Company

Requirements:

Matric or equivalent of senior certification
High level of computer literacy
Experience within the warehouse environment
