Warehouse Assistant

SUMMARY:
Our client specializes in project support for the (petro) chemical and maritime industries. They provide personnel in the areas of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operations, Maintenance, and Safety. They are seeking a Warehouse Assistant.

Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
• Familiarity with inventory management software.
• Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
• Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).

• Ability to lift heavy items and operate warehouse machinery. 
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and stock movements.
• Prepare orders for dispatch and ensure timely delivery.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Perform regular stock audits and assist in managing stock control systems.
