Our client is looking for an Warehouse Assistant Manager to join their team. Must be technically inclined. Must be able to get your hands dirty.
 
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience (Include Medical aid and Pension)
Working Hours:   Mon – Fri 8am till 5pm
                              Saturday 8am till 1pm (One Saturday OFF per month)
                              Sunday 8am till 1pm (1 Sunday a month)
 
Minimum Requirements:
    Grade 12
    3+ Years Experience as Warehouse Supervisor / Junior Warehouse Manager
    Must be able to manage a staff complement of +- 30 staff
    Must be Technical Inclined
    Computer literacy – MS Office, K8 / Syspro / Warehouse Stock managing systems
    Must have Drivers License
 
Key Responsibilities:
    Manage warehouse on a daily basis
    Overseeing receiving, Despatch, Ordering of stock
    Invoicing
    Order packing
    Distribution operations.
    Operational policies and procedures
    Overseeing security and Safety
    Motivating and disciplining staff.
    Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
    Maintaining awareness and knowledge of the condition and location of fleet vehicles.
    Assisting with deliveries where required.
