Skills, strengths, and educational requirements

• Matric with basic computer skills in Microsoft Office and SAP is highly recommended.
• Warehousing or administration qualifications will be an added advantage.
• Previous warehousing or purchasing administration and data capturing experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer service or liaison experience.
• Good planning and organizing skills.
• Must have a hands-on approach with a high level of attention to details.
• Team player with strong leadership skills.
• Confidence, self-managed and disciplined.

Key Performance Areas

• Stock counts to ensure warehouse integrity.
• Filing of shipment invoices, POD''s and stock movement information.
• Forklift inspections and ordering of diesel,
• Maintenance of warehouse tags and scanners.
• Check, confirm and liaise with transporters for shipment readiness and loading. coordinate and check pickings from the warehouse, Warehouse process controls and housekeeping.
