Warehouse Supervisor

SUMMARY:
A well-established supplier of electrical, lighting, and renewable energy solutions, with a strong national presence, is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee operations at their Bloemfontein branch. This role involves managing stock, optimizing warehouse processes, and leading a team to ensure efficient distribution and storage of goods.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching stock.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through effective stock control and regular audits.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and adherence to company procedures.
• Implement and maintain health and safety standards within the warehouse.
• Coordinate logistics and deliveries to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
• Knowledge of stock control systems and warehouse management best practices.
• Experience in the electrical or renewable energy industry is advantageous.
• Willingness to undergo polygraph screening as part of the selection process.
