Warehouse Administrator
This role supports the Secondary Division by managing data accuracy, generating quotes and invoices, overseeing online sales platforms, and handling cash and debtor accounts. The Warehouse Administrator ensures smooth operations, liaises professionally with stakeholders, and upholds compliance with company policies and quality standards.

POSITION INFO:

Warehouse Administrator Opportunity
A highly organised and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator is required to support the Secondary Division of a growing organisation. This role involves efficient administration, customer interaction, and maintaining accurate data records across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Accurately capture customer information and generate quotes and invoices.
Oversee and manage online sales platforms and internal systems.
Handle cash management, debtor accounts, and short-term rental processes.
Liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Requirements:

Diploma in Business Administration, Financial Management, or Practical Accounting.
