Warehouse and Operations Supervisor

SUMMARY:
A well-established company in Table Bay is looking for an experienced Warehouse and Operations Supervisor to join their team!

POSITION INFO:
Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in overseeing warehouse, distribution and Internal Sales functions within an organisation
• Valid drivers license and own vehicle
• Matric Certificate

• Provide exceptional customer care and address queries related to stock
• Process orders, check inventory and manage invoicing
• Liaise with the Debtors department regarding overdue accounts and logistics for bulk order fulfillment
• Compile daily cash-ups, including drivers' schedules and receipts and submit monthly credit card receipts
• Handle petty cash requests and maintain monthly reconciliations
• Communicate with sales reps regarding order and stock issues, and check back orders for out-of-stock products
• Authorize and submit invoices regularly; deposit cash-ups at the bank
• Oversee daily operations, including receiving, storage and distribution functions
• Train and manage warehouse teams to improve efficiency and solve operational issues
• Implement policies, conduct quarterly stock takes and investigate stock discrepancies
• Assist walk-in clients and manage office supplies and maintenance issues
• Ensure security of the branch and oversee cleaning staff and their schedules
