Warranty Adjudicator - Johannesburg North, Gauteng 

POSITION INFO:
Our client is looking for a Warranty Adjudicator to join their dynamic team. If you are self-motivated, trustworthy, disciplined and strong, this role could be the perfect fit for you. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Adjudicate warranty claims, ensuring they meet brand standards and processes.
• Guide and support dealers through the warranty process.
• Maintain accurate records and reports using Excel, ensuring easy reference.
• Communicate effectively with dealers and internal teams, even in challenging situations.
• Work with precision and attention to detail in every task.

1. Minimum of 5 years' experience working with the Evolve system.
2. Prior experience with Ford, VW or Toyota warranty claims.
3. Strong Excel skills for reporting and record-keeping.
4. Punctual, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.
5. Exceptional communication skills.
6. Own reliable transport with a valid driver’s license.
7. Ability to thrive under pressure from dealers and management.
