Water Installations Technician

SUMMARY:
Do you have experience installing water purification systems?

Our client, a leader in their field requires a Water Installations Technician to join their growing team.
This role will be responsible for new installations on site as well as assisting in the events and film industry with basic set-ups of water trailers and water filter machines.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS

• Matric
• 2 – 3 years in a water purification position
• Knowledge of pumps and related equipment
• Good diagnostic abilities to effectively troubleshoot problems.
• Familiarity with various water treatment technologies is advantageous; training will be provided for specific systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Physically fit and healthy for installation tasks
• Valid drivers license
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
  Team player with a collaborative approach 

• Reporting to the Lead Technician and Sales Manager
• Install and maintain water purification systems for residential and commercial clients
• Conduct routine maintenance, repairs, and system checks to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnose issues and provide effective solutions for water quality improvement
• Educate clients on system use, maintenance, and best practices for water purity
• Adhere to all safety standards and regulations during installations and service calls
