Job Title: Water Service Technician
Location: Kempton Park

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Water Service Technician to join our team in the water treatment industry. This role will report directly to the General Manager, and the successful candidate will be responsible for the routine service and maintenance of water treatment systems installed at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on water treatment systems, including filtration, softening, reverse osmosis, and chemical dosing.
• System Inspections: Perform system assessments to ensure optimal performance and recommend solutions for improvements.
• Equipment Installation: Install and commission new water treatment equipment as needed.
• Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Sales Support: Prepare accurate quotations for service work, upsell maintenance plans, and service upgrades.
• Administrative Duties: Complete job cards, procure service components, manage purchase orders, and maintain service records.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working in a water treatment company.
• Technical Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Certifications: Valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
