Website and Content Manager

SUMMARY:
Currently we are seeking the skills of a website and content manager to join the best and brightest team as we move forward. This is a Hybrid function position : 3 days at the office / 2 days work from home.

SCOPE: South Africa – Digital Marketing
Accountability: Design, build & maintain best in class digital brand presence & performance

COMPETENCIES

• Up to 5 years relevant experience
• Specialization in Digital Media
• In-depth understanding of the South African media and digital market (ie, media cost dynamics, landscape, media usage trends, etc.)
• Digital Expertise: conversant with all forms of digital formats and measurement
• May already hold a similar position within an advertiser or will have the credentials to move from the agency environment.

• Build / contribute to digital centre of excellence
• Partner with marketing and medical colleagues to accelerate multichannel engagement.
• Care for current and future digital channels
• Challenge digital agencies to deliver the best experiences for our patients and customers

• To define digital marketing strategy for our company - meeting category/brand business goals and objectives

• Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns (Earned, Owned & Paid – POE media planning) including web, SEA/SEO/SEM, social media, influencers, video, display, and programmatic campaigns drive positive conversations around the brand & digital platforms / leverage earned media through influencers strategies
• Map consumer decision journey for relevant categories and brands ie. deep comprehension of value proposition to various target audiences
• Create engaging digital content plan (copy & design) for defined strategic categories & brands ensure seamless & consistent execution across all channels
• Manage all owned digital brand assets and company website

• Create reporting tool/dashboards on how to measure success, based on experience and data
• Monitor and report on website and social media metrics, including traffic, engagement, and conversion rates
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights (experiment & campaign performance)
• Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI/ROAS and KPIs across all channels. responsible for analyzing data to pull insights and inform decisions across all channels to boost growth

• Plan and control of the digital budget across sub-allocations

• Log best practices and build digital marketing capabilities EMEA-team
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
• Evaluate emerging technologies & provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
