About the role

The exclusive Langaro Spa, looming under The Twelve Apostles and Lion’s Head in Camps Bay is looking for a Wellness Host to join their experienced and dynamic team. The Wellness Host will be responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of the wellness experience from promotion to completion of Guest Stay. This role involves prepping guest experiences, welcoming and guiding guests through their Wellness activities/stays, coordinating with various departments, and serving as the primary contact person for guests throughout their visit.

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Beauty Therapy Certificate/Somatology or Administration Diploma is advantageous.
• Hospitality Management, Communications, or related field preferred.

Experience:

• Familiar with all duties and procedures in the Spa/Wellness Centre.
• Experience working as a Receptionist/ Host in a Spa/Wellness Centre.
• Motivated, self-starter and able to take initiative.
• MS Office, Excel, ESP, and Opera knowledge is essential.

• Previous experience in hospitality, event management, or social media coordination is desirable.
