SUMMARY:

If you are proficient in draughting and modeling hot and cold water reticulation systems, creating MEP models, conducting BIM coordination, clash detection and have experience working on commercial projects that involved immense technical complexity, then this is the opportunity for you! This opportunity offers great room for growth since you will be exposed to highly technical projects.

POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

Wet services modeling using Revit
Draughting of MEP services
BIM coordination
Ensure wet service models are well-coordinated for clash avoidance
Preparing drawings for hot and cold-water services
HVAC and fire draughting experience is advantageous
High-end commercial and industrial private client experience is preferable

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
Fire and HVAC design experience will be advantageous
Strong communication skills – written and verbal
Working knowledge of Revit MEP
Experience with hot- and cold-reticulation and plumbing experience advantageous
Time management
Attentional to detail

Qualification:
Minimum Draughting certificate

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
