Wierda Park, Centurion: LEGAL SECRETARY / LEGAL ADMINISTRATOR
Minimum Requirements:
-Young, well presentable and professional female (preferably aged 25-35 years)
-Matric / Grade 12
-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must
-Minimum 2 years recent litigation typing experience at a law firm a must, including administration and client liaison/reception
-Conveyancing experience preferred, preferably in Transfers (Training provided)
-Knowledge of legal Litigation processes a must
-Own vehicle advantageous
-Computer literate in MS Office (Ghost Convey and Lexis (Windeed) literacy preferred)
-Good typing skills (speed and accuracy)
-Reliable and willing to commit to long term employment
-Stable employment record (no job hoppers, no unreasonable gaps in employment record etc.)
-Contactable references
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Reception and legal office administration for small law firm
-Litigation typing
-Drafting and typing of Litigation legal notice, pleadings and correspondence
-Drafting and typing of Conveyancing Transfer documents (Training provided)
-Client liaison
-Assist with legal research, regulations etc.
-General administrative duties (opening files, filing, invoicing etc.)
Salary: R 10 000.00 – R 15 000.00 gross maximum (depending on experience)
