Wine Club Administrator

SUMMARY:
Wine farm in Franschhoek is looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic & reliable candidate to be appointed in the above-mentioned position. The individual must be well organised, highly motivated and be fully committed to the vision of the company.

POSITION INFO:

Duties:

• Processing of orders and membership, maintaining/updating of ecommerce platform.
• Perform administrative duties such as mailing list data entry and mining of information, follow-up phone calls and other duties assigned.
• Oversee the scheduling and dispatch of daily orders
• Daily allocations of payments
• Planning of the Wine Club and ad hoc private events
• Maintain the Wine Club database
• Assisting the Direct to Consumer Manager with daily admin
• Assist with regular inventory counts / stock management

Requirements:

• 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar position
• Strong and effective written & verbal communication skills
• Possess a positive, friendly attitude & have the ability to work in a team environment & independently
• Proficient with e-Commerce/CRM applications, MS Word, Excel
• Excellent planning, organisational & admin skills
• Valid drivers’ licence and reliable transport
• Available to work weekends & evenings as required
