Works Administrator Intern

SUMMARY:
Our client is looking to fill the position of Works Administrator Intern.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Researching all international undocumented works from UNDOC files and categorizing them per society/country
• Researching unidentified works on CISNET and other platforms
• Extracting work information from CISNET for the works found on CISNET and recording the information on the SWI template.
• Overseeing the processing of the SWI on the portal, reviewing the processing results and correcting all rejected works and reuploading the SWI again on the company database portal.
• Researching for ISRCs and updating the information on the portal
• Approving works on the company portal
• Any ad hoc responsibilities

• Minimum qualification: a diploma, certificate or pass in Matric in research, mathematics, information systems or business-related discipline or equivalent
• Strong Microsoft applications proficiency particularly excel.
• Strong attention to detail, a passion for numbers problem solving skills.
• Excellent research skills
• Strong and proven ability to be innovative and think outside of the box.
• Royalties experience in the music industry will be an added advantage.
