SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a Bookings Clerk within their motor vehicle dealership, you’ll play a vital role in delivering professional, seamless service experiences.
You’ll manage communication between customers, parts, and service departments to ensure smooth operations and satisfaction.
By efficiently managing the booking process and providing excellent customer service, you will contribute to the dealership’s success and reputation.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

• Senior Certificate / Grade 12
• Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans (a third South African language is a plus)
• Experience in a bookings clerk role within the motor dealership industry
• Proficiency in MS Office and fully computer literate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
