SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Team Leader to look after workshop and configuration centre on a day-to-day basis. The successful candidate will be responsible to manage the workshop, config and Field Service Engineers. Adhering the SLA measures in line with contractual obligations for all clients. Report back to the operations manager on a weekly and monthly basis relating to work done for the previous month. Reviewing process and reviewing and creating SOP’s. This is a permanent role base at our Samdrand offices.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements/Skills/Experience and Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years’ hardware / break fix experience
Team lead experience / Management skills
OEM qualifications relating to hardware repairs
Imaging software experience
Good communication skills
Good client relations
Good administration skills
Self-motivated
Own vehicle and valid drivers license

Role Accountabilities:

Manage workshop, config and field service engineers
Service and repair equipment - Workshop
Managing work schedules and reviewing processes in configuration centre
Manage SLA adherence and report
Manage client escalation to completion
Managing OEM training
