POSITION INFO:
A dealership in the West Rand is looking for a Workshop Foreman to join their team.

Responsibilities:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â

Manage and grow workshop technicians
Maintain the workshop productivity standards and the workshop throughout
Must set clear objectives and visions well in advance
Ensure high-quality customer service is met
Communicate with staff, parts department, and other departments effectively
Encourage and motivate staff and professional development
Implement and monitor compliance with policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Trade Test Certificate (Motor Mechanic)
Masters Certificate / Diagnostic Certificate would be beneficialÂ
Valid Drivers License
Computer literate
