JOB DESCRIPTION:

Workshop Service Manager Cape Town

Our Client in Cape Town is looking for a Workshop Service Manager with Mechanical Handling experience. This is a field and Service Manager role, and experience is essential. You must have a great knowledge and experience of different machines, operating machines, earthmoving machines, forklifts, makes models, parts, and service background.

Salary Negotiable with company vehicle with petrol allowance

Requirements
Customer relationship skills – excellent communication abilities
5 years’ experience in materials handling, different models, parts and services.
Workshop Management experience of 7 staff
Previous experience in similar position as field and service manager
Customer service skills day to day smooth running of service operation
Background as technician or service manager – advantageous
Effective time management skills
Have a valid driver licence
