POSITION INFO:

The Links, a private club and golf course in South Africa, is offering an exciting career opportunity for a Workshop Supervisor.
 
The Links is an iconic golfing landmark in South Africa, situated in George, Southern Cape.
 
We are looking for someone with drive and passion for the industry, with the ability to keep up with the high pace, and a sincere commitment to exceed expectations.
 
The position also requires that the candidate has a minimum qualification of Grade 12 or equivalent, a code 8 drivers’ license and 4 years’ experience in a Golf Maintenance workshop
 
Duties include, but are not limited to: 

• Planning and monitoring work carried out by Workshop Assistants within the workshop;
• Ensuring efficient and safe day to day running of the workshop;
• Overseeing and/or carrying out repairs to machinery and equipment;
• Carrying out preventative maintenance and ensuring that all machinery and equipment is serviced regularly;
• Ensuring that Workshop Assistants adhere to health and safety standards.
