WORKSHOP MANAGER
Harrismith/Kestel/Bethlehem - Free State
Join our team as a Workshop Manager and lead a dedicated team of professionals in the Engineering and Technical sector.

POSITION INFO:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage workshop operations and ensure smooth workflow
Supervise and motivate workshop staff
Coordinate with different departments to meet production targets
All maintenance and repairs on trucks and heavy machinery
Implement health and safety procedures
Inspect equipment and ensure maintenance schedules are followed
Resolve any technical issues efficiently

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in a similar role
Trade qualification in Diesel Mechanic or related field
Experience with trucks and heavy machinery
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail and quality-driven mindset
