The role will entail:

• Greeting customers with a smile, describing our menu to customers, taking orders and maximising sales through effective upselling.

• Operating the till system and the order collection buzzer system, serving drinks (soft drinks, beers and slushies) and helping customers to collect their orders.

• Managing the queue, working closely with the kitchen team to ensure orders are understood and realistic customer expectations are set.

• Cleaning and helping set up and packdown.

• While this is a front of house role you will be part of the overall team and willing to jump in and help perform other duties where necessary.

Candidates must be:

• Confident, fun, friendly, out-going, enthusiastic, positive, light-hearted, not afraid to talk to people and have a laugh with customers without being innapropriate.

• Proactive, keen to learn, and able pick things up quickly.

• Able to keep your cool in a high pressure, busy and sometimes stressful environment and be a team player.

• Passionate about great food and giving great customer service
