YES Intern (TES Recruiter and Reception Support)

SUMMARY:
A vacancy has arisen for a Yes Intern in our Cape Town branch on a 12-month contract.  They will be based in our Cape Town Office and will be responsible for reception and will assist with recruitment.

POSITION INFO:
Location: Parow North, Cape Town

Requirements:

• Matric qualification.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• A willingness to learn and a positive attitude.

• Manage the front desk, providing a professional and welcoming reception experience.
• Answer and transfer calls, take messages, and assist with candidate registrations and queries.
• Assist with sourcing and screening candidates, ensuring all required documentation is completed and updated.
• Maintain the candidate database and prepare documentation for payroll.
• Support general office administration, including filing, stock management, and preparing reports.
• Assist with coordinating meetings, training, and other operational activities.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and uphold MASA DNA values.
