POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Delivery Coordination: Oversee the coordination of timely and efficient customer deliveries.
• Administrative Management: Ensure that all administrative functions are managed effectively and accurately.
• Team Leadership: Inspire, guide, and develop a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Forklift Maintenance: Ensure forklifts are ready for operation by checking oil, water, and mechanical components.
• Attendance Management: Monitor and manage staff attendance to ensure smooth yard operations.
• Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients who drive into the yard.
• Legal Compliance: Ensure the business operates in full compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Reporting: Report any discrepancies or issues to management immediately.
• Roster Management: Maintain and manage staff rosters, especially for weekends and public holidays.
• Stock Management: Oversee effective and accurate stock management to maintain optimal yard operations.
• Physical Inspections: Conduct physical checks of stock and vehicles leaving the yard to ensure accuracy and safety.
• Company Culture: Uphold and promote the company’s values and culture, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• A Technical qualification or Diploma is preferred.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Knowledge of relevant systems is an advantage.
