Yard Supervisor

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Coordinating Yard functions and procedures
• Coordinating Deliveries
• Maintain company standards by ensuring adherence to dress codes, systems and procedures, safety regulations, timekeeping and attendance
• Staff discipline
• Promote teamwork
• Improve/monitor staff morale
• Keep casual attendance registers
• Check invoices of goods received within the yard
• Stock Control
• Monitor stock availability
• Deal with customer complaints
• Create positive and ongoing customer awareness
