• Take full responsibility for stock management, including ordering, inventory control, and minimizing waste.
• Plan and prepare high-quality, creative meals that align with the restaurant’s standards and vision.
• Implement and maintain robust controls for quality, cost, and compliance with company policies.
• Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Recruit, train, and manage kitchen staff to foster a high-performing and cohesive team.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records related to kitchen operations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new menu items, showcasing creativity and innovation.
