Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Manage the full operation of the restaurant, including daily service, events catering, and conference coordination.
• Financial Oversight: Handle cash management, budgeting, and financial controls to ensure profitability.
• Inventory Management: Oversee stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Customer Experience: Ensure the highest standards of customer service, addressing guest needs with professionalism and grace.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage a motivated and skilled team to deliver exceptional service.
• Event Coordination: Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute conferences, weddings, and special functions seamlessly.
