POSITION INFO:
Duties:
1. Zone Management: Oversee and manage the operations of a designated zone, ensuring that business objectives are met.
2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of supervisors, coordinators, and other staff members within the zone.
3. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and optimize zone performance.
4. Customer Service: Ensure that customers within the zone receive excellent service, resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
5. Operational Efficiency: Implement process improvements and optimize resources to increase efficiency and reduce costs within the zone.
6. Communication: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
7. Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage the zone''s budget, controlling costs and ensuring that expenses are aligned with business objectives.
8. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that the zone operates in compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
